Since its inception in May 2006, the restaurant has tempted many of its guests, both locals and tourists, with its mouth-watering, traditional Balinese fare. Our endearing Indonesian chefs are dedicated to bring the distinctive, homey taste of Balinese flavours from their hometown kitchens to the posh restaurant tables.
Some of the chefs’ signature offerings on the menu include Bebek Betutu (Baked Duck with Balinese spice in Banana Leaf), Satay Campur (marinated minced fish or meat grilled on lemongrass sticks), Ikan Bakar Bali (Barbeque whole fish basted in special sweet sauce grilled slowly over charcoal). The restaurant is filled with a mystical yet mesmerising Indonesian charm with its tall curtain drapes, pebbled flooring and unique decorative pieces. One can also find images of Wayang Kulit (Indonesian shadow puppet) on the walls which commonly depict Indonesian epic stories and folklore.
